What to write about

Corrections are the most useful thing you can send. If an entry describes a building that has since been renovated, renamed, closed or rebuilt differently, please say so and, where you can, point us toward something that shows it. We are also glad to hear suggestions for properties that belong in one of the four categories and are not yet listed, along with a sentence about why.

General questions about how the index is put together, how categories are decided, or how a description was arrived at are welcome too.

What we cannot help with

We are not a booking service and have no access to any hotel's reservation system, rates, availability, loyalty accounts or guest records. We cannot make, change or cancel a reservation, chase a refund, or pass a message to a property on your behalf. For any of that, contact the hotel directly — every property described here is easy to find online.

We also do not publish sponsored entries, paid placements or guest posts, so enquiries of that kind will not receive a reply.
